When is my booking confirmed?
After our team confirms availability and the final price with you, and your payment has been verified. Until then your request shows as “New request” and “Unpaid” in My Account.
How can I pay?
Currently by bank transfer using the details our team sends you directly. Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, mada) will be enabled once our payment gateway account is approved.
Do you arrange the Umrah visa?
Visa and permit rules are set by the Saudi authorities and change from time to time. Contact us with your nationality and travel dates and we will advise on current requirements.
Can I customise a package?
Yes — use Build Your Own Umrah or message us on WhatsApp.
Which languages do you support?
English, Arabic and Urdu.
How do I visit the Rawdah?
Entry to the Rawdah requires a time slot booked through the official Nusuk app. See our Rawdah page.
