How do I book a car with ZiyaraWay?
Send your pickup place, destination, date, time, number of passengers and bags on WhatsApp +966 58 173 3825, or book in the ZiyaraWay app. We confirm the car and the price, then send your booking voucher with the driver name, phone and car.
When is my booking confirmed?
When we have confirmed the car, the driver and the final price with you. You then receive a booking voucher on WhatsApp. Until then your request shows as a new request in My Account.
How can I pay?
You can pay cash to the driver in Saudi riyals, or by bank transfer using the details our team sends you. We do not take card payments online.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. The price is agreed before the trip and is per car, not per person. The rates shown on our website are the same as in the app and on WhatsApp. If your route is not listed, we send you a fixed quote first.
Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. Send us your flight number when you book. The driver follows your arrival time and meets you in the arrivals hall at the airport.
Which cars do you have?
2026-model Toyota Camry (up to 4 passengers), GMC Yukon (up to 8), Hyundai Staria (up to 8 with luggage), Toyota Hiace (up to 11), and Toyota Coaster and coaches for groups. See the Fleet page.
Which cities and airports do you cover?
Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and Taif every day, plus airport transfers and city to city trips across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, AlUla, Abha and Yanbu. See airport transfers in Saudi Arabia.
Can you take us from Makkah to Madinah?
Yes. Makkah to Madinah is one of our most common trips. The private car takes you from your Makkah hotel to your Madinah hotel, with stops when you need them. See Makkah to Madinah transfer.
Do you offer ziyarat tours?
Yes. We offer private Makkah ziyarat and Madinah ziyarat tours by car, at your own pace.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes. For groups we use Toyota Hiace, Toyota Coaster and coaches. Travel agents can also work with us through our travel agent partner programme.
Do you arrange the Umrah visa?
Visa and permit rules are set by the Saudi authorities and change from time to time. Contact us with your nationality and travel dates and we will advise on current requirements.
Can I customise a package?
Yes. Use Build Your Own Umrah or message us on WhatsApp.
Which languages do you support?
English, Arabic and Urdu, on WhatsApp and on the website.
How do I visit the Rawdah?
Entry to the Rawdah requires a time slot booked through the official Nusuk app. See our Rawdah page.
