What we collect
When you send a booking request, create an account or contact us, we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, travel dates, number of travellers, preferences and notes.
How we use it
Only to prepare quotes, arrange and manage your bookings, communicate with you, verify payments and meet legal obligations.
Payments
Online card payments, when enabled, are processed by a licensed payment gateway. ZiyaraWay does not store card numbers.
Sharing
We share necessary details only with the suppliers delivering your services (hotels, transport) and with authorities where required by law.
